I am a studio-based textile artist working primarily with fibre and photographic imagery. I create works that have both scale & presence.

Weaving entirely by hand, in a freestyle approach,  my large-scale woven pieces explore themes of memory, experiential mapping, and identity. This intuitive process of experimentation through meditative gesture, results in pieces that reveal the often entangled invisible parts of our collective experience.

With a strong foundation in photography (Ryerson BFA), and 13 years thriving as a professional photographer, I transitioned in 2017 to weaving for its inherent layered and textural visual language.
